No More Shitty Workplaces

I'm on a mission. Will you join me?

Let’s talk about shitty workplaces.

Have you worked under a command and control boss who wanted to be copied in EVERY email in CC?

I have.

Have you stayed in a job too long because you didn’t see any other option?

I have.

Have you been underpaid by 20’000 USD per year?

I have.
(if you don’t know: I am white, male, married, and have a fairly regular background)

Have you accepted a job (that you didn’t really like) just because it was the quickest way out of your current job?

I have.

Have you been discriminated against at work because of your country of origin?

I have.

Have you received a poor year-end performance rating because your company had a forced ranking performance system in place?

I have.
(their explanation: I was on study leave for half a year abroad and someone had to receive a bad ranking)

Have you considered harming yourself or others because of your situation at work?

I have.

Alright.

Enough of the bad stuff.

Times have changed.

I have changed.

I am a successful contractor now - without annual performance reviews (f*ck you former company!).

I consider myself a real leader and a force for good.

I have created several high-performing teams.

I have received stellar reviews and I am amongst the highest paid in my field.

But having achieved these outcomes for me alone is not enough.

That is why I am on a mission now:

to end workplace suffering for other people, too.

And for that, I need more people to become impactful leaders, too.

Will you join me on this mission?

Hit reply and say yes if you do.

Share with me the worst you have encountered in your career so far.

Hasta la victoria empresarial,
