Let’s talk about shitty workplaces.

Have you worked under a command and control boss who wanted to be copied in EVERY email in CC?

I have.

Enough of the bad stuff.

Times have changed.

I have changed.

I am a successful contractor now - without annual performance reviews (f*ck you former company!).

I consider myself a real leader and a force for good.

I have created several high-performing teams.

I have received stellar reviews and I am amongst the highest paid in my field.

But having achieved these outcomes for me alone is not enough.

That is why I am on a mission now:

to end workplace suffering for other people, too.

And for that, I need more people to become impactful leaders, too.
